2. MAIN CHALLENGES
Lead requirements elicitation activities with business stakeholders, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze end‑to‑end business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital enablement.
Act as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, platforms, or digital solutions.
Design functional and technical solutions in alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards.
Support solution architecture definition, including integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams during solution implementation.
Validate solution designs through reviews, impact assessments, and risk analysis.
Support technology initiatives across the full lifecycle: ideation, feasibility, design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization.
Prepare effort estimates, timelines, and solution roadmaps for new demands and improvement initiatives.
Contribute to agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews) or traditional project governance as applicable.
Define and support test strategies, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure proper documentation of requirements, designs, interfaces, and operational procedures.
Support knowledge transfer to support teams and business users.

Support change management activities, training, and solution adoption.
Be responsible for the operation cost performance, justification and RCA's in case of deviation.
Be responsible for the respective processes to perform according to the defined KPIs.
Support to guarantee that all the VPS-Vale Production System is being followed in all the actions from process department.
3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Be responsible for conducting as well as owner of the RCAs.
4. QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
3 – 6 years of experience in project management
Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken), French is a plus
Experience working with global or multicultural teams is highly desirable
Solid experience in large, complex, and enterprise‑scale environments.
