    Gespräche mit HR und Team Leiter zu je 30 bis 45 min. Sehr angenehme Gespräche mit beiden Verantwortlichen. Danach Rundgang im Unternehmen. Zuerst Kennenlern-Phase mit Fragen zum persönlichen Hintergrund und danach spezifische Fragen zur zukünftigen Position.
