The Senior Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing for ARC-EX in Europe, driving awareness, demand generation, and therapy adoption. This role is responsible for translating global strategy into impactful, insight-driven regional initiatives and supporting commercial success through close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the regional strategy to raise awareness and generate demand, grounded in deep customer insights and analytics.
Adapt the global brand strategy to reflect regional insights, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging.
Develop and execute a regional marketing plan to drive promotional, channel, and sales strategies.
Build strong relationships with the sales organization (direct and distributors) and develop supporting materials, including brochures, videos, animations, presentations, and product and competitive briefs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for messaging and product/therapy related matters for sales teams.
Lead the creation and execution of traditional, digital, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns in partnership with creative agencies and vendors.
Support clinics in the region through targeted PR and media activities.
Develop local programs to drive effective therapy adoption and long-term engagement.
Support the coordination of, and participate in, conferences and trade shows across the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, societies, and advocacy groups; identify thought leaders and manage consulting agreements.
Contribute to the development of global marketing capabilities to drive scale and efficiencies across regions.
Manage post-market surveillance feedback and ensure compliance with ONWARD’s quality systems.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business, marketing, or a science-related discipline. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
8-10 years of professional experience in marketing or related field in medical device, consumer healthtech, or other life sciences industry required; experience in neurorehabilitation and / or neuromodulation/ stimulation markets a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (in either a sales or marketing capacity) required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Proven success in product launches, ideally within the medical device space.
Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including direct-to-consumer (DTC).
Creative, self-directed problem-solver, who functions well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong intellectual curiosity with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments.
High ethical standards, a collaborative mindset, and a pragmatic, can-do attitude.
Fluent in English.
