Capgemini – Warum wir?


Loyalty, integrity, uprightness, a complete refusal to use any underhanded method to help win business or gain any kind of advantage.     Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei Capgemini (Weniger als ein Jahr)


    Super Stimmung innerhalb des Teams.
    Mitarbeiter sind fachlich enorm stark und haben einen starken Drive/Engagemement bezüglich den Themen die sie beherrschen und vertreten.
    Durch die strategische Ausrichtung auf digitale Themen wird man auch nicht auf Projekte gestaffed, welche einem ganz fremd sind (wie ich es bei anderen Beratungen teilweise sehe)
    Vorgesetzte sind stark daran interessiert, einem weiter zu bringen.


    In Projekten sind längere Arbeitstage normal, das bringt die Branche aber so mit sich.
    Trotz grossem Capabilities Portfolio sind Projekte in der Schweiz eher rar, liegt aber am Standing/Branding von Invent. Ist im Aufbau, sollte aber vom Top Management auch stärker gepushed werden.

    Ich habe mich online beworben, nach relativ kurzer Zeit (2 Wochen) eine Rückmeldung inklusive Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch Vorort bekommen. Das Gespräch habe ich mit zwei Personen geführt. Ein Senior Developer und ein Team-Leiterin. Beide sehr nett und es war ein angenehmes Gespräch.
