1) If you are very senior (15+ years experience), I would avoid CSG. Upward career mobility is very limited and leadership makes very little effort to promote a career focused organization. Revenue growth is the primary motivation, career development takes a back seat. 2) Reporting hierarchy - it's ridiculous at some levels. You could be reporting to a peer at your level who's competing with you for promotions, salary increases, recognition, etc. Conflict of interest, you think? 3) Yearly Re-Org: the intent is to position the company for growth, but the rationale and results do not always make sense. It definitely puts the customer through an uncomfortable transition period.
