It was about a half an hour telephone interview only. The panel of 2 was made up of my future line manager and his manager. Questions were in-depth and straight to the point.

I interviewed with the manager of the small consultant team (~6 members in Espoo IBM) and HR representative. Interview was great and more in a chatting atmosphere looking for fit rather than technical skills.
My own situation was that I had still majority of my Master's studies not completed and as the contracts are either 6 or 12 months, I was not in an ideal position for applying. Even though it was quite clear that I would not be able to start the work at this time I never heard from the hiring manager which is stupid.
Many young graduates talk to each other and so far I have not heard anything positive about working at IBM Espoo. Multiple of my friends have worked there for their trainee -positions and do not recommend it otherwise then getting a nice name on your CV. All of them have gotten headhunted to other companies after the end of their trainee periods.
Pay is low for trainees, little possibility to move forward and culture is heard to not be the most pleasant and there is a lot of change in the workers.
