We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer with deep expertise in CyberArk solutions to join our growing team. You will design, implement, and support advanced identity security architectures for large enterprise clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide CISOs and security teams through PAM maturity journeys, risk reduction strategies, and best practices for privileged access management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with CyberArk (PAM, EPM, CP, or Secrets Manager)

• Strong background in enterprise security architecture or infrastructure

• Experience in enterprise client engagements and pre/post-sales support

• CyberArk Sentry or Defender certification strongly preferred

• Ability to lead technical workshops and build stakeholder trust

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience

• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
