Unpredictable leadership decisions, employees not consulted before major changes (example: mandatory return to office policy, layoffs), corporate communication from the Board is improvable, to be gentle, not keeping the promise of ”Pledge to Flex” despite 100% promises during pandemic times, and going back on their word, despite people having to rearrange their lives based on company communications and promises. Which makes them feel unreliable on these aspects. Diversity is advertised as cherished, but if you have an opinion different than most of the team and/or manager, ostracism is still an existing practice, and silent treatments are not seen as abuse. A lot of bla-bla in e-mail communication and all-hands types of meetings. Very high utilization targets (>95%), which often leads to burnout for high performers.
