Too much bureaucracy Too slow to respond Too much process. Engineers are complacent and don't think outside the box (my experience for the past 2 years) No career growth. People promoted based on seniority and not competency Management seems to think that throwing people at a problem always solves it and does not care about if the people have the correct skillsets for solving that issue. Few such people in a position of responsibility just derails or sidetracks the projects and breeds incompetency.
