Role Overview
We are looking for a Desk Side Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support to end users in a fully on-site environment. This is a long-term, 3-year role suited for professionals who enjoy direct user interaction and resolving day-to-day IT issues in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desk-side and walk-up IT support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
Work with Windows OS and standard enterprise applications
Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Coordinate with remote support teams and escalate when required
Follow IT processes, security standards, and SLAs
Deliver a professional, customer-focused support experience
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Desk Side / Desktop / On-site IT Support
Strong troubleshooting skills in an end-user environment
Fluent German and English (mandatory)
Familiarity with ITIL-based support environments
Strong communication skills and service mindset
Ability to work independently in a fully on-site role
Work Environment
100% on-site role – 5 days per week in the office
