Pros
Good work-life balance, good work environment, nice team and colleagues, good secondary benefits. The salary is ok (but does not compare to other big tech companies in the Netherlands).
Kontras
Information is spread within the company, it's difficult to find the source of truth sometimes. Accountability is not well defined (DevOps Engineer can do a lot of stuff that is not quite related to development), lots of meetings, lots of annoying administrative stuff. Not top of notch tech stack for some projects, but they are improving.
