It's generally a low challenge, some new and old technologies mixed, with lots of meetings and Scrum/Agile/SAFe applied. Low technical challenge, little room for technology change, lots of calls and too heavy SAFe. You have little time for development with different other responsibilities such as testing as a DEV - there are no QA engineers, so you will be required to handle that as well
