- since 2023 there is nothing of the old outstanding culture left. Values not existing anymore - cannibalization between sales departments. Working towards same goal, but only one can benefit - 1st and 2nd line management (Dublin based) completely useless. Only KPI driven, no impact, no learning, often no understanding of the real business. - high quoatas based on past, not present. Always behind or not good enough even if hit. Demotivating. - management unable to cope, new decesisons every week. Cant plan for success anymore. - political games - high pressure atm, working here isnt fun anymore - very few career development opportunities since 12 months
