Kontras
-Lies and more lies. Even the reviews on Glassdoor are a mask up to cover up the truth. -Promotion criterion from consultant to snr.consultant is for you to hit 90 Lakhs revenue in rolling 9 months, whichever team you're part of, which is absolutely unfair. Some teams have to slog it out day and night to hit this number and take much longer than some teams which don't even put in much effort into BD, and yet have high ticket roles flowing into them. - Annual Hikes are between 4-8% which is one of the least across any industry - Working hours are too long, work life balance is non existent. - 90% of your time goes into recruitment, and 10% in BD. Hence, you'll become an expert recruiter over time but not necessarily gain any other skill set. Hence, over time, forget all chances of moving into another role in sales or marketing since all HRs look at you as a recruiter. - Company has been in India for past 10 years and is doing 70 cr revenue today. I don't know by what logic they've been claiming to be growing 30% YOY. They've had literally hundreds of people coming in and going out over the period they've been in India, and have absolutely not been able to grow here. - with every downturn in the market, there's huge downsizing. Expect to be the first to go on a paycut or lose your job if something goes wrong with the economy - They claim to have a solid database of candidates and clients but in fact, this is again sector dependent. - some people try to claim close relationships with the MD for personal gains, and they're always rewarded or put on pedestals. - work is monotonous and repititive ( Cold calling clients and selling Michael Page, or cold calling candidates and selling the clients organization) and you'll end up doing the same work throughout your career here, even if you charm the MD and manage to grow in this system - Only MNC which feels like a lala company I've ever come across
