Quota have dubbled in the last 2 years and BoB volumes are also growing due to declining capacity. - Investing less in office perks - From complete flexibility to 3x mandatory office days with morning attendance. - Management is out of touch with current market situations and customer satisfaction (especially SMB)

      Compensation was strong and competitive. The people were genuinely good to work with, and on paper the mission is one you can get behind. Solid brand and a smart, capable workforce.
