KPMG is known for alternate work arrangements which is not granted to staff. Different rules apply to different people. Leadership has showed "everyone is disposible" by firing 20% of staff and hiring Contractors with the same titles the SAME day. Staff keep boxes under their desks in anticipation of being "let go." Work load is unevenly distributed. Ideas and concerns voiced by staff are not entertained nor addressed. No common direction or communication when it comes to advising business teams. Department is heavily micromanaged.
