They do not care about their employees at all. When looking at successful silicon valley companies, they all have a few things in common. They treat their employees like they actually are valued; Indeed does not do that. They also encourage growth and potential in their employees; Indeed does not do that. Other silicon valley companies will actually pay you a decent salary, and have managers who communicate with you transparently instead of giving you vague or no answers or guidance.
