Restaurant in the Doubletree offered a lot of hours and usually made good tips from guests. Good benefits for working for Hilton, discounts on rooms around the country. Opportunities to cross-train to do other jobs in food and beverage.

I worked at a Hilton Garden Inn where the management was terrible and they took the service charge tips from room service for themselves. They wanted you to set up for banquets while only being payed on server wage. There are a lot of idiots that these hotels will hire that are very difficult to work with and management does not care.
