Pros
Great vibes, free food often, a lot of engagement, and diverse events. Everyone is very welcoming and relatable even if they are senior management. The St. Pete office is beautiful.

Most people don't come to the office consistenly unless there is an event but honestly, it's still a good balance. When we all see each other again, it's good vibes. Also during my intern project, he people on my team were too busy to properly train me, but that isn't the company's fault necessarily. It depends on what project you receive.
