There are no pros of working here. I can only say that if you enjoy climbing the ladder with no morals or values this may be your dream job.

Quite possibly the worst company to ever work for in the U.S. There is zero accountability for bad leadership. The company cares more about identity politics then actually running a business. Extremely toxic workplace where unqualified individuals are promoted into leadership positions with zero training, education or the skills to actually manage and lead people. My view of this company completely changed after actually working here. You will experience moment after moment where you cannot believe what you see and what people get away with doing and saying in the workplace. This is everything that is wrong with corporate America. This company is contributing to the downfall of our society as a whole.
