I would like to say it not only happened to me but also to some more people at Bangalore and Pune .I would also like to show proofs where they have put all my objectives as "Not Met" & Partial met.PIP is process at Accenture which is going to be do in old tool my performance .Accenture.com only to track each employee . Pls don't join Accenture in Bangalore as for New Joiners there will be extended of probation period as Accenture leads don't have any projects
