Total 7 rounds of interview. Worst experience in my whole career. Seems like a bunch of cisco people dumped into exabeam. Interviewers don’t know what they need in a candidate. After initial round they asked if I am okay for lead. I said fine,and after on-site recruiter called me and said team was given positive feedback but also wants to take one more round with leadership even then I said okay and asked for my salary range and I quoted my preferable range, recruiter seems like to underplay me and told that he again need to contact team about my salary. He called the next day and told that team told I am not good for lead and want to down grade to senior which is absolute fake as he told yesterday that team had a positive feedback on me. They just want to offer low ball salaries for people. Complete waste of time. Worst behavior and totally unprofessional. Stay away from this company. Completely regrettable feeling

Kept me clueless throughout the interview process. Called me directly to set the first round of interview to which I agreed. I asked a few questions about the position and interview process to which the revert was, "we are from a different team within Nuance which only deals with organising the interviews. I would connect with the recruiter and get back to you" The first round was scheduled for 1.5 hours in which I was asked technical questions on iOS. This went well for 30 mins and the interviewer was impressed with the answers. She decided to call it an end of the interview. Post the first round, got a call from HR and for scheduling the second round, then she explained that there would be three rounds in total. The next round was DS-Algo basics where mostly easy problem solving question were asked and you were supposed to code it. This too went well. Post this round the HR called me and said that she would arrange the second round. When I explained that I had already given a second round, I was told that the round one itself was divided into round round by the interviewer. The third round again was similar problem solving DS-Algo where two easy type of problems were being asked to solve. After clearing this round, I got a call from the Recruiting team, now asking me about expected CTC and notice period, and suddenly they noticed that my notice period was a bit too long for them, but they wanted to continue with the interview process. In the fourth round, which as per the HR was managerial round, turned out to be another technical round where I was again asked DS-Algo questions. One of this was Medium / Difficult. Along with this I was asked some OS level questions. After the fourth round and one month down the recruitment process, I got a rejection, which was a bit frustrating as I had already cleared DS-Algo rounds.
