Interview was straightforward exactly how I expected it to be. Around 5 purely behavioral questions and time at the end for you to ask questions. recruiters were nice and enjoyed talking about their experiences at Lockheed.

Very pleasant, mostly behavioral. Interviewer seemed to really value fit and personality. Mostly asked about my experience, about the projects on my resume, and STAR questions. They really care about collaboration and growth.
