Another issue was the Human Resources representative would ask if I knew I was applying to entry-level positions, I explained that I knew I was and that was due to me changing careers, it seems I was stonewalled after that

Interviewed for role. Was assured at the end an offer would be coming shortly. After 2 weeks with no word I reached out for an update. Was assured and offer was going to be sent. After 2 months and being told I had the job, received the automated email saying I was not selected for the position. Never received a response as to what happened.

I conducted a 1 hour interview with 3 managers. About 75% of the questions were behavioral based with the remainder being more technical revolved around the responsibilities of the job. The technical questions were kind of "got ya" questions that I didn't know the answers too, but I think they were more concerned with how I responded.
