Very casual and easy going, asked about my resume. Talked on some RF communications topics, it felt more like a conversation and not a formal interview. Other companies have nerve wracking interviews but this one was casual. Didn't feel very nervous. The engineers who interviewed me were passionate about their jobs.

The process was quick and straightforward. The time from first hearing about the opportunity to the offer was less than a month. The interview was one on one, just four questions about teamwork, communication, etc.

30 minute phone call and 1 hour in-person interview. Interview itself was quite pleasant but I did not receive any feedback after the interview which is unfortunate considering all the time invested into the interview process.
