I received an email with the interview details around March. The interview was a discussion of my resume and some behavioral questions. There were some questions that were unique such as, "What 3 qualities define you?". Some questions could not be answered in the STAR method, but it was still an enjoyable process.

I was flown to a hiring event. The event lasted three hours and comprised of three rotations. For me, the first rotation was a casual Q&A with two of their recent hires about company culture, the Dallas/Fort Worth area, etc. The second was with a manager for a very casual interview. We discussed some of the items on my resume, generic behavior interview questions, and spent time just getting to know each other. The final rotation was a factory tour.
