I applied online and got an call/email from HR almost 4 months later wanting me to come over to Fort Worth to interview with the manager. I was provided a hotel for one night and had the interview at the Forth Worth location. The manager I was supposed to be interviewing with was not present so she sent two of her employees who were also managers to interview me. The interview was pretty straight forward. They just asked some basic questions about my resume and work experience. After that they had a list of HR questions they were required to ask, the typical "Tell us about a time...." type of questions. When they give you time to talk about yourself you really need to relate your previous experience to their job requirements. You have to persuade them that you are the best person for the job because you have done similar things before. I asked during the interview when I would hear back, they said 1 -3 weeks. However I heard back within 5 days and got the offer. Just be very confident, smile, its a very easy interview. I declined the offer because the base salary was embarrassingly low for my experience. My friend who also got an entry level position at Lockheed got a salary $13k higher than what they were offering with no experience.
