Interviews went well and they did a good job coordinating interviewees so I didn't need to make multiple trips. They had an open position and the only reason they moved to hire me was because I was ready to start another job within the next couple days. Onboarding cumbersome. It took 2 weeks to get me started. Seemed like there was a disconnect between manager requested and what was provided. Manager thought it should be a multi-day process to roll out not "same day" or "two day". Corporate training was good/fine but direction from managment was slow to happen or didnt happen at all.

The process was very straightforward. Their recruiter maintained constant communication throughout and was very candid with feedback. It took approximately two weeks and included a pair of phone conversations and on site interview with the hiring manager. Everything was organized efficiently and everyone was forthright. Their passion for the company was apparent putting any hesitation to rest and assuring that this was the right decision.
