One of our employee resource groups, nPride, hosted music bingo last Friday to wrap up Pride Month! Players had a great time listening to their favorite queer artists, competing for prizes and enjoying happy hour.
Meet Pierandrea Petretta, a Relationship Management Director at nCino based in London. With a 15-year history in global financial services and consulting, he now works to enhance the European consulting partner ecosystem, communicating with firms as an extension of our sales and customer success teams to deliver nCino solutions. Pierandrea enjoys the global dynamic of his team while simultaneously having local exposure, which requires honing knowledge and language skills to ensure work is effective. His favorite core value is “Have Fun.” “It’s easier to work with people you like and enjoy spending time with,” he says. “People perform better and are more creative when they are having fun!”
Women in Tech organized a "Make Your Own Flower Arrangement" event, where participants created arrangements for Mother's Day, a friend, a spouse, or themselves. We loved seeing everyones creativity, and enjoyed time outside with beautiful flowers. Donations were accepted in support of Operation Pretty Things, a non-profit dedicated to raising awareness of domestic violence.
One nCino Day! 🌎🎉 Last Friday employees from across the globe united for games, great food and a celebration of our unique company culture. One nCino Day was an embrace of our diverse talents, perspectives and the hard work we put in around the world to make nCino a great place to work. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) helped us make One nCino Day special, and we’re grateful to all our employees for their dedication to working hard (and having fun, too!).
Raise the roof! 🏠🙌 Members of one of our Employee Resource Groups, Women nTech, recently participated in a Women Build event hosted by @capefearhabitat. Women Build is an opportunity to join with other women to help a female-led family achieve their dream of homeownership by raising funds and working to help build a house from the ground up. We're proud of our employees for making a direct and lasting impact in our community through this wonderful event! ❤️
nCino’s Women in Tech ERG is a proud supporter of GLOW Academy, a girls leadership school in Wilmington. As part of April's Volunteer month, students from Glow Academy had the opportunity to visit the nCino campus. They engaged with nCino leaders, received a tour of the facilities and shared breakfast, strengthening the bond between the company and the local community.
In honor of Global Volunteer Month in April, nCino employees from all around got #nVolved with their communities! Projects included a service day with Work on Wilmington, supporting the Girl's Leadership Academy, crafting blankets, preparing meals, giving blood, and Habitat for Humanity. We loved seeing their commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond the workplace through community engagement!
There are 20 new Alligators roaming around the nCino grounds! Congratulations to our 2023 Alligators, a group of talented employees who were nominated and selected by their peers for their hard work and eagerness to "eat the competition." Our company wouldn't be the global leader it is without the tremendous strength and dedication of our workforce.
A huge thank you to all who made our ERG n' Pride LGBTQ+ Networking Event at Bitty and Beau's HQ a success! We had a wonderful night and your presence, conversations, and connections made it unforgettable. Let's continue to build bridges and celebrate diversity together.
Meet Susan Hitt, who comes to the world of banking software from a background in education. After graduating with her masters in Instructional Technology, she took on the new challenge at nCino designing learning content within People Operations. She enjoys the dynamic nature of her role, adapting to the company's evolving needs each day. “My team is more than just my co-workers— they are my friends!” Susan says. “Every day we work hard, we collaborate on our projects, we celebrate each other’s wins, and we are always each other’s biggest cheerleaders.” Susan enjoys weekend mornings birdwatching on her porch with her husband, dog, a cup of coffee, and a good book.
