Last week, we celebrated the three year anniversary of Bitty and Beau’s Coffee at our Wilmington HQ! The Bitty & Beau's staff and our Wilmington-based employees gathered for a team lunch to celebrate their incredible impact and accomplishments over the past three years. Cheers to many more years (and cups of coffee) together! 👏☕
Mi Gente, one of our six employee resource groups, just hosted their final “Café con Pan” event of the fiscal year! The group gathered in Bitty and Beau’s at our Wilmington HQ for coffee, traditional treats, and good company—the perfect way to start the morning.
During nCino’s Week of Giving, employees from our Lehi office embraced the spirit of service by volunteering at the Utah Food Bank, the Salt Lake City Salvation Army, and supporting a local diaper and baby wipe drive. We’re proud to give back to our communities across the globe and make a meaningful impact with local organizations.
Meet Nicholas Pollak, Senior Customer Success Manager at our London office! He began his nCino journey as a summer intern in Wilmington, where he was later hired as a full time employee. After 4 years at our headquarters, he moved to the London office to continue his career as a Customer Success Manager. Here are some of his favorite things about working at nCino: 🤝 His team is very close knit—they host social events frequently and enjoy spending time together. 🚀 He appreciates nCino's commitment to individuality, hard work, and authenticity, and he believes that fully embracing these values paves the way to success. 🏅 His favorite core value is bring your A-game. “We take our work, not ourselves, seriously,” he said. “I love being surrounded by colleagues who bring out the best in me and encourage the best results.” Outside of work, Nicholas spends his time traveling as often as possible: “I’m a hawk for discount fares and last minute weekend trips!” He recently cycled 250 miles from London to Amsterdam with his coworkers to raise awareness for leukemia with Blood Cancer UK.
Our Customer Success team recently spent a meaningful day of volunteering at the nCino Hunger Solutions Center in Wilmington. The team dedicated their day to packing essential food items and meals for the local community, all while reflecting on their impact and accomplishments from the past quarter. We look forward to embracing more opportunities to give back and create change in the new year!
Happy holidays from nCino! Thank you to all of our customers, partners and employees who made this year special. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season and a prosperous 2025! ✨
Last week, employees from around the world participated in nCino's Week of Giving! Throughout the week, nCino encouraged employees to get nVolved in their communities by volunteering, donating, and participating in charity drives at organizations that matter the most to them. In addition to our employees' contributions, nCino is matching employee donations 2x for all of December!
Last week, nCino's Marketing team traveled from across the globe to our Wilmington HQ for a week of brainstorming, planning, and team building, creating an opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world and prepare for the year ahead. The team celebrated their productive week with a fun happy hour and local volunteer activities. It was great to see our hardworking Marketing team all together!
The AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) Alliance, one of our Employee Resource Groups, hosted an Onigiri Action lunch at our Wilmington HQ! Employees crafted their own onigiri (rice balls) and shared photos on social media, as a part of Onigiri Action, a nonprofit initiative that donates five meals to children in need in developing countries per social media post. Thank you to the AAPI Alliance for bringing us together for this great cause!
nCino’s Veterans Network and Women nTech employee resource groups recently teamed up to host a beginners' self-defense class at our Wilmington HQ! Thanks to Ravensguard Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, participants learned practical self-defense skills, how to use their voice for protection, and other general safety tips. The class served as a great reminder to always be aware and confident in your ability to protect yourself.
