On International Day of Women And Girls In Science, we proudly celebrated the contributions of women who are redefining possibilities in STEM. Women make up 36.6% of Wipro's workforce. Through our Women of Wipro (WoW) initiatives and programs like HerCode and Begin Again, we’re fostering an environment where women in STEM can excel and lead confidently. Over the last three years, we’ve seen a 2.5x increase in women leaders at Wipro. We’re breaking barriers to build a workplace where everyone can contribute to a more innovative and equitable world.
