At IGS Energy, our people power everything we do—and we're always looking for new ways to welcome fresh talent into our organization. One of the most impactful ways we do that is through strategic partnerships with local universities, technical high schools, and community organizations. Each year, we proudly host co-op students who contribute across our business while balancing their academic journeys. These students come to us through partnerships with programs like Columbus Promise, Columbus State’s IT Flexible Apprenticeship (ITFA) program, and South-Western Career Academy (SWCA). From August through May, these bright minds work part-time while attending school, gaining real-world experience and adding fresh perspectives to our teams. Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our newest cohort—the 2025 Co-Op Students—and we couldn’t be more excited to have them on board! Welcome to the team—we’re glad you’re here!
