We are incredibly proud of our employees for the heart, energy, and compassion they poured into serving our community. They assembled furniture, built 52 raised dog beds, and installed essential equipment to support daily needs. They rolled up their sleeves outdoors—removing invasive plants, clearing debris, planting and caring for 3,000 trees, restoring trails, and beautifying shared spaces with gardens, mulch, and fresh paint. Their dedication extended to organizing countless donated items, preparing meals, assembling care kits, and distributing essentials like 17,850 diapers to families in need. They showed kindness to animals by enriching the lives of 46 dogs and maintaining clean, safe environments for their care. No task was too small—whether deep cleaning cabins and community spaces, supporting families as they shopped, assisting Spanish-speaking clients, providing childcare, or delivering groceries with dignity and care. They also invested in the next generation, guiding students through hands-on learning and financial education. This is what it means to serve with purpose. We are truly grateful to our employees for representing our organization with such generosity, teamwork, and commitment to making a meaningful difference. #LifeAtIGS hashtag#IGSImpact hashtag#IGSDayOfService

⭐ Meet our latest IGS Energy hashtag#EmployeeSpotlight: Amanda Hoyng, PHR! ⭐ We asked Amanda to share a bit about her role as a Senior HR Business Partner and to offer her thoughts on what makes our culture special. ⚡⚡⚡ Amanda Hoyng was a few months into her role as a Senior HR Business Partner when she was pleasantly surprised to receive an invite to our Commercial & Industrial Sales team’s upcoming retreat. “It was a special moment,” she said, “because it confirmed that I’d been able to make a kind of impact on the team.” Being a part of that retreat offered Hoyng deeper insights that she leveraged for success: “Understanding how they approach their work now informs the recommendations I make and the ways I help to hold teams accountable to their objectives.” In her role, Hoyng handles traditional HR concerns, though that’s not her sole focus. “I’m here to help the business execute its people strategy,” she explained, “to make sure the right talent is in place to help departments achieve their goals. I offer advice through a ‘people lens’ that helps drive change and mitigates risk.” Hoyng said all the business partners she works with have been intentional about including her in their processes and procedures. “IGS brought me in to have a seat at the table,” she shared. “There’s a real difference here — you can just feel it. It’s a place I hope I never have to leave.” Learn more about hashtag#LifeAtIGS: https://lnkd.in/gyuGrqxa

In December, we made donations to 3 organizations creating real impact —on behalf of (and with feedback from) customers who make our work possible. Thank you to all the commercial customers who took a moment to share which causes mattered most to them. This input helped guide donations to organizations doing meaningful work, including: 💚 Feeding America 💚 National MS Society 💚 National Ovarian Cancer Coalition We’re so grateful to partner with customers who share that commitment to strengthening our communities.
We’re excited to share that IGS Energy has been named one of the Best Places to Work in IT by Computerworld! For more than 30 years, this awards program has been showcasing IT departments that offer workers great benefits, career development, and training opportunities. "I'm so proud and humbled to be part of the incredible culture our IT team has built. We've created a space that's creative, supportive, and flexible. We're constantly encouraged to learn and grow, which I believe is vital for innovation and long-term success," said IGS Energy's Adam Luck, CISM CISSP. "One of my favorite examples of this is our FedEx Days event, when we get the freedom to explore new technologies and build a working prototype that's ready to 'ship' at the end of the project. It's amazing to work somewhere that allows us to experiment, take chances, and bring new ideas to life. It's exciting to be part of a forward-thinking team that values curiosity and empowers us to try new things." We’re thrilled to share this honor with the other companies on the list!
