• Support with the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports filed with the SEC (U.S Securities and Exchange Commission) and published externally, in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and SEC regulations. You will help ensure our externally published financial information is accurate and in compliance.
• Partner and collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury, Investor Relations and other teams to gather critical data and qualitative insights for our reporting.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements by leveraging AI and technology to streamline and automate group reporting processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis, cross-functional projects, monthly consolidation tasks, accounting policies, and technical accounting memos.

• Currently pursuing or having obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting (IFRS considered a plus)
• Curious to learn more about the role of AI and automation in a Finance department
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated individual with a positive and “can-do” mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

We are a small, action-oriented Finance team with big responsibilities and impact across the organization. We evolve best practices by being forward-thinking, working cross-functionally, and leveraging the latest technology to uphold the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of On’s externally published financial reports. The Group Reporting team is responsible for On’s external financial reporting, consolidated financial statements, accounting policies, and technical accounting matters, in compliance with regulations.

  What's your style? This task will help us understand how you think, face a challenge and give insight into your novel ideas. Designed to give everyone their best shot, your case study is based on something you might typically experience on the job. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got. So express yourself.   The Experience Day

  Your first taste of the Oniverse. This is a time to meet some of the people you'll be working closest with. In person or virtually, you'll get a feel for the day-to-day at On and the people who make it happen. You'll chat with a few potential teammates - the conversations will be as equally driven by the role and your experience as by our values. We believe how you do things is just as important as what you do.
