Your team
You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zürich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
The Review & Risk Intelligence team is part of the global Business Risk Organization for GFIW (Global Family and Institutional Wealth). We are a dynamic team who uses innovative solutions to perform risk deep dives into the most complex clients of the bank across the world. We also give expert advice on various risk aspects allowing the business to best serve the bank’s most sophisticated clients. People wise, the team regularly hosts interns and has an excellent track record in retaining talent in the bank after the end of the internship.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree), preferably with a focus on business, finance, economics, STEM or similar
has excellent English (written and oral), any other major language is a plus
has good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
has an autonomous, diligent and detail-oriented work style
has good analytical skills with a fast understanding of complex processes
has a good command of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and a fast learner when it comes to other IT software
preferably has programming language know-how (VBA, R, Python)
preferably has know-how gained from experience (or internship) in Compliance, Risk Management or Legal roles
has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program
This paid internship will last 9 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
