Our Swiss business continues to grow, with exciting opportunities to support major pharmaceutical and biotech clients across Switzerland and the DACH region. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Basel.

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will support engineering activities during the Conceptual and Basic Design phases of pharmaceutical facility and manufacturing projects. You will be responsible for developing User Requirement Specifications (URS), conducting risk assessments, performing process engineering calculations, and supporting the design of pharmaceutical systems, equipment, and cleanroom facilities.

This role requires close collaboration with clients, users, multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery within GMP-regulated environments.
