Leitende Geschäftsführung kümmert sich und führt Neuerungen ein, tolle Vergünstigungen.

Kontras

Einige Abteilungsleiter bzw. -manager wollen einfach nicht miteinander zusammenarbeiten. Hier gibt es viele Intrigen sowie ineffiziente Grundsätze und Leute. Die IT-Abteilung bei Workday ist in alle Richtungen verstreut und hat kein gutes Management. Leute fallen einem in den Rücken, lügen einfach und sind unehrlich.

Strong emphasis on testing, code reviews, and software quality. Flexible work arrangements (depending on team).
