Good variety of project to work on. Good work culture (Though depends how managers handle it).

1. Pay Hike gradually looses out to industry standards. 2. Resources not valued as per their skills and experience. 3. Very bad and unfair HR (TED) Policies. 4. Relation with managers scores over skills and performance, managers not capable enough to drive and manage the business. 5. Favored people screwing projects @ onsite, and surviving to screw few more.
