They sucker you with quarterly bonuses but usually change the goals in last month of the quarter rare to actually get a bonus. They have huge sales events but suppliers are only made to offer up one item at that sale price and the rest go out of stock and refunded then after sale they mysteriously are back in stock with no rain checks. They usually get rid of workers that have been there longer and making higher pay one way or another by layoffs then hire new for less pay. I’ve seen in 4 years many that transfer to promote up usually are let go within a year. They are letting tech teams go and customer service agents go and hiring foreign workers at a cheaper price. Their chat is from Jamaica call center and the agents have many chats at one time so a customer can expect to be on that chat for at least 30-40 minutes. They prefer customers handle their own problems through their online account and not call in. If a customer calls back I within 14 days of the first call the first agent gets in trouble and brings their metrics down.
