Hourly rate was much better than minimum wage, think 8.42 p/hr. Nothing else remotely classes as a "pro"

Jeez, where to start? Not allowed to think for yourself. So many staff members up their own backside. Zero respect for customers from staff and store management. All about the money despite sitting through the 1 week induction of how fabulous and customer oriented they were. Must also mention how most of the induction was learning the company history then having around 30 minutes to understand several truly longwinded systems you would be working with. Having now left its taken 3+ months to get them to honour my notice period and change it due to the store manager trying to illegally disregard the 1 months written notice. In between all this, due to them trying to weasel out of the notice period, they sent me a notice of overpayment for just under 200 quid. Finally all sorted but now awaiting 6 months accrued holiday pay. Not holding my breath to get it.
