IT management has drastically changed in the past 2 years. New management has reverted to nepotism and hired all Sr. Management from prior firm. Old managers from UBS, some with the firm for more than 15 years, were fired or encouraged to find new jobs and have all left. Key decisions in IT are now made by a select few and not consistent with business needs or wants. The firm is making very bad choices about technology and spending money on foolish projects while letting core systems fall apart due to lack of funding and resource support.
