Great people to work with, very customer focused and high energy. Many opportunities for training, growth, and movement throughout the company. Benefits and worklife balance are truly outstanding.

Kontras

Jobs can be menial, repetitive, and tedious (dealing with the general public who feels entitled). Change is almost impossible to effect.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Kontras

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
