      i would say the following: sheer scale of the company, good benefits, good cross border resources available, good IT investment and tech resources,

      you are sometimes just a number. long hours. environment could be more collegial, poor mgmt communication (infrequent and often unclear). opaque advancement policy with some history of favoritism by some former mgrs

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Kontras

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
