Pros

52 holidays in year and almost all bank holidays.

Kontras

There is no technical growth,support work,you must be lucky to get work in the technology for which you are hired.You will be bullied by onsite team members and personal remarks by them,on site manager will support only the onsite team members.Local Manager are of no use all your concerns fall on deaf ears they are afraid of onsite managers.Never thought would experience such a work culture in such a global organization.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Kontras

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
