We used to have great leadership and vision, however that has now gone and leaders simply ask us to cut costs, they are always telling us that we have to cut more people out of the business. There is no diversity and women are not encouraged or promoted in Asia.

The new leadership is dictatorial and very male centric, there have been many occasions where I have witnessed blatant sexist and bullying behaviour, I thought that this type of management no longer existed.
