The role depends on the line you're on. Some are more high call volume than others. I didn't have high call volumes, but a lots of orders. The pay is fair. Management also depends on what line you are on.

Advancement is difficult, and sometimes you get stuck on a team. End of quarter, you are expected to stay VERY late, sometimes past 1am, and also be expected to come in at your same time the next day.
