      - Works with very intelligent people, continue finding a way to improve things - Amazing office environment with snacks drinks in the kitchen - Very social so expecting lots of night outs!!

      - Poor salary - lack of job training & progession - losing start up vibe due to hyper growth - no work life balance at all as you are expected to work after your office hours due to deadline, target and etc
