- pride themselves on an "open" culture. what they say and don't say is illuminating. - good product which other business intelligence houses are struggling to catch up with (they will) - whether you like it or not, they try and keep what they view as an "entrepreneurial" culture. the result of this depends on your view of that.

- you don't feel that you have the right information at the right time - tends to verge on a sweatshop culture. repetitive and grinding work - managers can't manage - very political environment. if you're not in with the "it crowd" in Seattle, you won't succeed
