It was founded and continues to be run by great leaders who are aware of the market and are placing the company in a great place to continue to dominate their niche. They are invested in making sure employees are taken care of, and offer great benefits, and an exceptional work/life balance.
Kontras
It's tough to say it, because the benefits and other perks of working at Tableau almost make it a non-issue, but they do pay below market, which makes living in a city like Seattle, Austin, or Washington D.C. pretty difficult.
