Great work-life balance and top notch product make coming into Tableau everyday a great experience. There are times when the work gets challenging, but that is because the company expects a lot from it's employees and compensates them with many perks standard in the tech industry. Love that it still feels scrappy like a startup at times.

Lots of growing pains can still be felt today. Some management might have moved into positions they weren't ready for. The competitive market is tougher than ever, so expect to work hard and expect to be challenged.
